Hearing Assessment
Pure-Tone Hearing Screening
Instructions:
- Use headphones or earbuds for best results
- Find a quiet environment
- For each frequency, click "Play Tone" and adjust the volume slider
- Start from the current volume level and adjust until you can hear the tone
- Click "I Can Hear" when you first detect the sound at that volume level
- Click "Cannot Hear" if you cannot hear the tone even at maximum volume (100 dB HL)
- Normal hearing threshold: ≤25 dB HL (Hearing Level)
